Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking a consultation or enrolling in any programme offered by Dr. Kashmi Sharma (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a consultation, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nature of Services
We provide health, fitness, and weight management coaching services, including one-on-one consultations and structured coaching programmes. Dr. Kashmi Sharma is a qualified medical doctor (MBBS, MD Pathology) and certified health and wellness coach; however, the consultation and coaching services offered are not a substitute for ongoing medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care. You should continue to consult your treating physician for any diagnosed medical condition.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By booking our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Consultation Booking
- A consultation may be booked upon payment of the applicable consultation fee.
- You will be required to complete a pre-consultation intake form. Providing accurate information helps us assess whether our programme is suitable for you.
- Consultation slots are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice where possible.
Programme Enrolment
- Enrolment in any coaching programme is subject to a separate agreement, payment, and terms communicated to you following your consultation.
- Programme outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Results depend on factors including but not limited to your health condition, consistency, and adherence to guidance provided.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate health and medical history, including relevant reports, to the best of your knowledge
- Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications
- Consult your physician before beginning any new diet or exercise regimen, particularly if you have an existing medical condition
- Follow guidance provided in good faith and communicate any adverse effects promptly
No Medical Emergency Services
Our services do not constitute emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please contact a hospital or emergency services immediately and do not rely on our consultation or coaching services.
Payments
All fees must be paid in advance through the payment methods provided on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect a booking already confirmed and paid for.
Refunds
All payments made for consultations and programmes are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of our consultations and programmes, including diet plans, training guidance, and written materials, is for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or shared with third parties without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Kashmi Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client who provides false information, engages in abusive behaviour toward our staff, or violates these Terms, without obligation to refund fees already paid.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
